Tanzania coffee is supplied to local and international markets, primarily from Arabica coffee growers in nine regions. Arabica accounts for 70% of production margins, while Robusta provides 30%. The country’s coffee is sourced from north Kilimanjaro, Mbeya, Morogoro, Iringa, Usambara Mountains, Mbinga, Ngara, and Kigoma. The coffee season starts in late October and lasts four to five months.
